If you don't want to spend a lot of money on a camera setup for automatic recording then DartMate is the best choice for you as it lets you enter the dart scores through a virtual dart board.
It also lets you view various game statistics:

- grouped by days
- for single games
Targets are good for measuring improvement. DartMate allows you to set yourself targets for playing so you can keep track of your progress.
